We audited logistics dispatch centers to identify workflow delays. We designed a custom high-performance map dashboard with clean typographic overlays, allowing dispatchers to filter active trucks by proximity, capacity, or driver hours in a single panel.
We designed the platform strategy around live-telemetry ingestion and automated dispatcher support. Our goal was to automate route allocations using live location data, reducing dispatcher load and vehicle downtime.
We engineered the backend telemetry layers using Kafka to process 10,000 GPS coordinate packets per second. Location states were stored in PostGIS spatial databases to enable ultra-fast proximity calculations.
